Tactical Triage 4 First Responders

What is TT4FR?

Tactical Triage 4 First Responders (TT4FR) alleviates moral distress and supports First Responder resilience through a daylong, small group, peer-facilitated process. It is a resilience recovery and education program that utilizes the support of those who have walked in your shoes, leaving you calmer, prepared to maintain and build resilience, and better connected to and engaged with others, yourself, and your work.

TT4FR is an intentional space for First Responders whose work involves high stakes or circumstances which can create moral conflicts that are hard to resolve. We exclusively invite Police, Fire, EMS, Dispatchers, ED teams, and First Responder Chaplains to these educational events.

What You Can Expect
From A TT4FR Session

Moral distress is a response to high-stakes situations when harm occurs that is difficult or impossible to fix. The TT4FR training lowers distress by using physical, mental, and narrative techniques as well as positive group bonding with peers; and practical tips for building and maintaining resilience for stronger individuals and teams.
